Claudio Chavez, Managing Member

Claudio Chavez has over twenty years’ experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and related investments and is currently a Principal of Los Robles Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Chavez was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Arch Bay Capital, LLC, an investment and asset management company with a focus in the distressed residential mortgage space. Mr. Chavez was responsible for restructuring the management of the company and the strategic direction of the company, including investment and disposition strategy and management of operations and asset management functions. Prior to his tenure at Arch Bay, Mr. Chavez was in private law practice for over fifteen years with a focus representing investors and lenders in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Chavez was a partner in the international law firms of DLA Piper US LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLP. Mr. Chavez holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall and Bachelor of Arts degree from Pitzer College.

Dean E. Toro, Chairman

30+ years’ experience in complete development, management and market placement of over 50 US based nationally licensed Mortgage and Real Estate related companies. Mr. Toro has been developing very advanced predictive business models and solutions specializing in compliance and default services for over 30 years. Mr. Toro specializes in advising and writing initiatives for public and private entities and distressed municipalities across the U.S and is currently an economic advisor to Highland Park Michigan. 20+ years in delivering solutions and building relationships within the US’ largest Government Sponsored Enterprises and Financial institutions as an advisor and certified mediator to multiple US municipalities in areas of distressed asset disposition management and the revitalization and stabilizing of distressed municipalities. 25+ years’ experience in US and off shore Real Estate development including commercial, single family and multi-family housing and BPO/Call Center facilities. Cagayan De Oro City ICT Council member, Volunteer committee member with Cagayan De Oro City’s Social Welfare Department developing solutions for street kids, abused women, abandoned elderly and legally troubled children.

My international entrepreneurial business leadership experience includes pioneering new markets, building business enterprises and initiating client engagements in more than 20 countries including the U.S., Canada, APAC, U.K. and Europe.

Jeff Bush is a visionary marketing executive with exceptional proficiency in marketing strategy formulation and product management built in the high technology industry. Mr. Bush has led, managed, and optimized product and program management functions for companies, including growing revenues through development, marketing, and launching of world first technology products. He has an entrepreneurial mindset and program execution skills refined through leadership roles involving continuous collaboration with business executives driving processes and effecting positive change.

Jeff Bush brings 20 years of Mortgage Direct Marketing experience for giants such as NationStar/Greenlight Loans, Home Loan Center/Lending Tree, Quicken Loans/One Reverse, adding over 1 Billion Direct Mail pieces mailed for the Mortgage industry. Jeff owned a mortgage banking company in Temecula that closed over 5,000 loans (1.7 billion) from 2000-2007 leveraging direct mail as its primary lead generation tactic.

Mr. Bush is currently the president of Overflow Works a direct marketing agency.
